Common walls waterproofing
Protective coatings are applied over common walls in phases when new walls are constructed. Chemical are coated onto the walls before plastering the walls. This is done to plug in any ruptures or small capillary like action lines from where water can get sucked in the walls. After coatings are applied, then walls are plastered with chemical laden plastering material to give extra layer of protection.
